Dr Vinay Karanam carries over 18 years of extensive experience being a General Practitioner. Dr Karanam is understanding and empathetic towards his patients. Having completed his training in the UK, Dr Karanam moved to Australia in 2014 subsequently receiving his Fellowship from The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has additionally received a Diploma in Reproductive and Sexual Health, a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine.

Dr Supriya Karanam (Mrs Karanam) also known as the better half to Dr Vinay Karanam is the Female GP at Hello Health Family Practice. Dr Supriya Karanam carries over 16 years of experience with a special interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology which led her to attain her Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She completed her training in the UK and moved to Australia with her family in 2014 and subsequently received her Fellowship from The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Dr Titus joined our team in 2020 has over 16 years of experience working in various health care contexts in Australia. This includes 10 years working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service as a Flying Doctor in Alice Springs and then in Western Australia. This role involved providing comprehensive emergency and primary health care to communities in regional Australia, often under challenging conditions.
His specific areas of interest are Preventive care, Child health, Ageing and Health, Overweight issues, Mental illness, and acute emergencies. Titus has also worked as a GP provider in Asia and the Middle East. Languages spoken other than English are Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil and Arabic. He enjoys all aspects of being a family physician; and outside of work and family, he enjoys spending time with his old friends.

Asha is one of the part time female GPs at Hello Health Family Practice and a Fellow of RACGP. She loves all aspects of general practice and has particular interest in paediatrics as well as women’s health. She is passionate about preventative health and keeping people out of hospital.
She did her medical schooling in India and has worked in Australia since 2010. Her Australian experience involves working in John Hunter Hospital and Calvary Mater Newcastle. She has been in GP since 2014.
Asha lives in Newcastle with her husband and two adorable young daughters who keep her very busy outside of work hours.
